Connection problem IP limit

Hello.

Me and my friend are playing on this server for 3 days. Yesterday, we didn t have any problem, now, i can t connect to the server because i get this error -> https://imgur.com/a/cxfk8Jv

We stay togheter in the same house, and we have the same IP.

It is there any way to play? I have to mention that we are 2 diferent person.

Hello,

The IP limit has been set to 1. Meaning you can only login 1 character from the same IP. This is a temporary measure to preserve server slots and allow more players from different households to login.

We are working to increase the server slots. It will take a few days for a release, however there is no exact ETA for this.

when will you set the game to 2 people again, me and my brother play the game, we both spend money on this game , and now we cant play because of this, when will we be available to play this game again? several people with same problem ingame better to close the server and put in online when its ok than prevent people to play, you are losing costumers.

Hi, i realize this is temporary and i understand.

But like many other people, me and my brother are playing together, and none of us work now due to the corona virus. It really sucks that we cant spend time playing our favorite game together.
I'm not asking how long it'll be since you dont have an answer for it. But I want to play with him, and my friends that I've made while playing this game, we've been levling up together and now they will outlevel me due to this. I guess i just wanted to bring it to your attention that this affects multiple people.
