I just bought 6.000 silk and didnt receive it yet.

I already send confirmation with my national ID card + transaction provement.

Can we somehow fasten this up a little bit?

You need to wait for the payment processor to complete/verify/approve your order. We can't do anything about it.

The money is already gone from my bank account.
