Used a Title Scroll and Stat Reset and got nothing

1100 silk went into this so kind of upset about it but I assume its just being really slow? Not my first time getting a title or stat reset so I know its suppose to be instant but after teleporting a bunch and relogging a couple times after 10 minutes, nothing.

Will this be fixed soon?

All Teleport depending scrolls such as: Silk Scrolls, FGW Reset Scrolls, Title Scrolls, Penalty remove scrolls and others have a delayed effect at the moment, it will take a while, around 5-15 minutes to get the result.

We are investigating to have it resolved as soon as possible.
