Virus with the origin launcher files

After today's game update my windows is detecting a virus within the files of the update thus I can't download the game nor login anyone having the same issue?.

There is a virus that my windows defender keeps removing. Game keeps deleting and i have to close my windows defender protection to redownload the game and play. This is all after the last update.

It's a false positive, you need to add the Origin Online folder to your antivirus exception list. to avoid this from happening in future updates.

Also, you can download the new installer v2.034a form the website https://playorigin.com/download.html it includes a new launcher that doesn't get flagged by windows defender.
These false positive detections are random because the files are encrypted for security reasons.
