where is the location where i would add the bmp file to for guild mark ?

i think there might be a bug of some sort , i tried making my own guild mark and labeling it .after using the scroll to add the mark it is just apears as a white emblem .after i tried downloading the premade guild mark it is also white . (16*16 24b bmp) am i doing something wrong ?

The emblems FTP server is down at the moment. We're working on getting it back up as soon as possible. No ETA for this however.
