The website doesn't show banned or deleted players. it's not a bug, you should have used the name checker in the game which is made for that. Silk purchases are not refundable.

Weird, we had another player who was banned today because of global saying he got scammed by us because of that. 2 players in the same day for the first time on a 2 year old server, makes your question suspicious, looks sent by him.

Not saying you are, but it's very suspicions you have the exact same complain the same day.

Again, no refunds for silk purchases, you agree to this when you create an account on the server.
