Silk for bitcoin

Hey quick question, I have purchased silks with bitcoin thru an app called BitPay, everything went okay (even gave a feedback) but I still have not received my silks. Is there a wait time for them to kick in to my account? Thanks.

It is not automatic, you are purchasing an EPIN code. You will get it in your email inbox. Then go to the website, click on EPIN and use the code to add the silks to your account.
