Forbidden Tools GM Please help

Hi GM,
I am unable to login because it keeps saying I have forbidden tools. I had the issue when I first logged in last month and deleted all of my Logitech software on day one and it has worked fine since. I have made a char all the way to lvl 45 and today I get a message saying forbidden tools being used. I have no clue what it could be now. Is there a way to find out what caused the prompt because I would like to remove that issue and continue enjoying Origin Online. Please help!

Appreciate the prompt reply. I finally figured it out, it was the Zoom software that I had to install yesterday due to the Coronavirus shutdowns and needed it to attend my college lectures online. I uninstalled it and the game is working fine now but this is a tool that is a must in these times and many other users will be using this tool or similar due to this global pandemic. I would really appreciate it if some effective solution can be implemented where I don't have to uninstall it every time I want to enjoy Origin!
