Snow Shield for Nukers

Hello GM

After the new Update you said that you added 1 minute more CD To Snow shield and removed intensify Skill , So as a nuker with 11k HP or 9K i should Hide in battle for 2 min to use Snow again or What .
Can you please tell me what's your point of Adding that extra Minute ?

I thought its 1 min uptime and 2 min cooldown now. Maybe i was wrong. So whats true now? How long is the buff and the full cooldown?

the buff lasts for 2 min and CD is 3 min but the Real time of CD is 4 min actually , when i use the skill when the 2 min of buff ends it take me 2 min to buff it again not 1 min
