the weekly job reward system dont seem to work can you check this and how the gold rewards will be calculated

It's a gold reward you get according to your weekly job activity. you can get your reward from your Job NPC, they are all in Lost City

Only thiefs and hunters get reward like in Isro if im not wrong

That's correct, traders get enough gold already.
