Ability Pet problem

Hi,
i got the problem that my ability pet only pick the half of items. Also when i play slowly that it has enough time...
I always need to pick most items self... On other servers i hadnt this problem..
Maybe there is a bug.
Can anyone helpme? Because i loosinf fun to play on this server..
