Bloom Effect Bug

Hello, after searching on the internet and putting considerably good amount of efforts, like updating my drivers, reinstalling, however nothing has fixed this problem for me yet... The thing is, when I select the Bloom Effect to be turned on, everything goes greyish or bluish and everything kinda disappears, excluding UI overall. Is there a possible solution to this issue or something that could be done, except reinstalling windows lol.

Update your graphics card drivers.

Sometimes if your have an integrated graphics card, it does not support this effect.

Alright, I had to completely reinstall the drivers and got it fixed ^^ simply updating wasn't enough. While we're at it Id like to make one more inquiry, in the past during 80 cap, I remember Roc.Mt had 2x sox drop rate. So now Roc.Mt is 1x and jangan cave is 2x? regarding sox drop rate.
