New fortress

Hi everyone,

It has been a while since bandit was removed, which was understandable at the time (No action at both fortresses). However I feel like the server has grown since then, and think its ready for another fortress to be added back. Hopefully either Jangan, Cons or bandit can be added back to be played on wednesday, while remaining to have hotan (main fort) on sundays.

Feel free to add your opinions on the matter =)

Probably after we hit 1k players stable on activity days we will consider opening a new fortress and increasing guild/union limits.
