Help! E_OUTOFMEMORY Error!

I don’t know if its my laptop or your game, I had no issues up until last week and now my game will randomly close and give me this E_OUTOFMEMORY Error Code two to three times a day, I’m not sure what it could be ask my Laptop has basically nothing on it other then the apps that came with it and Origins Silkroad and another PServer..

Laptop is a Lenovo Ideapad 330 1TB
NVIDIA GeForce GTX with a Intel Core i5 8th Gen Processor.

looking for some suggestions or a way to figure the issue out!
