Dear GM,
This is a message from a hopeful yet disappointed player.
I came to this server with high hopes and dreams and the moment i heard that login screen for the first time gave me the best nostalgic feeling ever, and I loved it.
It felt real for just enough time for me to start believing my time spent here was worth it.
But now each hour passes by and I wonder what I'm doing here, whats the point, what's the future of this server?

This server is dead.
Ironic though, you banned ress right? So you won't ressurect your server either. That must be very satisfying.
Maybe this server is a hobby for you, or maybe you actually did your best. But this is not enough.

I reached out to you, or at least tried, multiple times.
I asked for balance and readjustments
I asked you to see the mess you've made.
You either ignored me / didn't care or you were too busy to realize what players were feeling.
Your banlist for CTF and ARENA is wrong. It's unbalanced, and you made chinese the strongest race, as I've said multiple times and you failed to acknowledge.
I tried believing in you and believing there was actually balance, that it was just me that was too bad? But it wasn't. And it isn't.
After that you even made the game worse with those worries on keypressers. Which one way were good (the need to target to use skills), but the rest sucked. You just needed to make keypresser useless, which targeting would do. But you decided to make jewel boxes obsolete, congratulations to you!

So a summary of everything:
PVP is pointless, unfair and unbalanced
Events suck > Hide and seek 24/7 / "lucky" party number / ONE UNIQUE EVENT THAT still sucked with 0 rewards that you made at freaking 4AM in my country and I guess same for most players or worse.
CTF sucks > unbalanced CHINA FOR THE WIN!
Arena sucks > unbalanced CHINA FOR THE WIN!
Alchemy failing to +2 all the time? Did u nerf it lately or what? -- > this i dont consider a problem but i wanted to ask.


So thats it, you've failed to listen to any constructive critiques.
I give you a few days to fix your shit or at least make it playable or else I will choose another path to follow.

The server is far from dead.
Things take time to fix and change, you have barely 15 days on the server. If you don't have the patience to wait for us actually analyze and actually implement suggestions, this server is not for you.

dont expect us to rush and change things only because you think it's the right thing to do, everyone has different opinions and are not always right.

I have to agree with Simplicity. You expect too many changes in such a short time. We all have good ideas, but you cannot fix everything within a week

First of all, thank you for giving me that hope I was craving for.
Secondly, I don't think I ever said it had to be done overnight, despite anything you might have thought. It is obvious that things take time; However what I was so anxious asking for with lately a tone of negativity was that hope you just gave me. That balance we obviously needed.
You never replied to any post saying you were gonna do something about it so I figured you weren't considering it, therefore my mood about it and my need to alert you so much for the unbalance we are living on the silk road.
Now that you've actually said it's on waiting list [for next week] I can be patient because there's time to it; I couldn't be patient of something that didn't have any ETA or anything at all.

About the server NOT being dead, that's debatable, it seems that many people left the server, though it my be just my impression?
And you need to get a way to captivate new players to stay so we can have more parties, I hope you can do it ^^

I've been thinking about his lately.
I have some ideas but I find this one is the best I could think.
I think jewel box farm should be an option, because people depend on it to improve items and else.
But not as before, I think an Happy Hour style event should be take in note.
For example, everyday there should be 1h time, in which the drop rate would be as before, giving a chance for players to farm them.
This would limit the farm abuse. Also the time should not be announced, because then, everybody would be online and ready for it, losing a bit randomness of the event.
So 1h event everyday, not previously announced, with the older jewel box drop rate.
This would also make people play more in order to try to get the event.
Just an idea, Also i dont know if it is even possible to make it in the game.

Server is not dead people like you, spreading the word "dead" are killing such servers. Either you accept the balancing thats happening on this server or you leave. But spreading shit around also like those people on party matching "no jevel box sever dead" is just bullshit.

paddy, there was a dc a day or two earlier at the last special trade, after an hour or so we went to hotan, was still empty^^ only 1 stall, and the thieves and the hunters that actually were online and 5-6 party matching each have max 2 players, i dont really care if it is dead or not or whatever the word that should be used is, but it needs attention^^
