Hello everyone,
Here at Origin Online we want all players to have a fair gameplay. Which is why we are blocking some tools that allow automation, which gives an unfair advantage vs legit players.
Since many of you have asked what tools can trigger a detection of our protection system, I will list the most common below:
1- Bots.
2- Automation tools such as key-pressers, clickers, macros or any tool that emulates player actions.
3- Cheat tools.
4- Debug tools that tries to edit the game client executable.
5- 3rd party tools that interacts with the game in an unwanted way or that gives a player an unfair advantage over other players.
6- Teamviewer, Logmein, Anydesk, Remote Desktop, VNC, Chrome Remote Desktop and similar apps.
7- Any kind of peripheral software that allows automation and it's being abused.
8- Any type of physical tool that allows automation.
Close such programs to be able to play the game without interruptions or Use task manager to kill these apps or uninstall them.

PERMANENT SOLUTION:
Download and run this tool, this has a preloaded list of most common forbidden tools that run in the background. You can add as many as you need if the processname.exe that you get is not in the list.

What this program does is block the execution of the files on that list. you can also see how many times certain file has been blocked.
This can help prevent being Disconnected from the game by accident by our Game Shield.
You can always add a new process name that is giving you trouble to the list if its not there already.
