Can't buy silk with razer gold.

I keep trying buying silk with razer gold but every time after getting the razer verification and inputting it I get the screen shown in the screenshot. This has been happening for the past week since payment well updated their UI. Is there any replacement to payment well?
I am using the Vivaldi browser but I have tried with Chrome and Firefox and all 3 are the latest version. Before that week I bought silk with razer gold more than once with no problems.
