When i was trading long time ago i also found those mystetious shadows and even see them green on the minimap the ones at the upper right corner of your screen which detects enemies as red and players as green. Since then i have tried my best to find some information as to why they exist or why thry appear ingame soo i have asked many people about it those who are experts of this game and are really knowlegable of everything in this game. But sadly we all came to the conclusion that it surely is because of this, what i am about to share to you is some top secret silkroad files that people have gathered to explain this strange mysterious phenomenon. Just a random visual bug, these happen all the time (Not so frequent). Nothing we can do about it.
