Job ranking rewards and weekly contribution rewards

Did you guys disable weekly job contribution rewards? Also I would suggest that there should be a reward system for the job ranking it is posted in your future roadmap but i dont see it yet ingame. I would suggest that it should be pimped to make jobbing worth while soo that jobbing will also be active ingame. Like perhaps put a buff system similar to academy perhaps to motivate people to do jobbing. Or maybe make the job points useful for something example you can make it a currency to buy some things ingame. Also regarding fellow pets will there be an update on them to make them give buffs or something like the current pet system in isro. Also everyone is wondering about the post of NEW POWER in your facebook page its soo vague we need some clarrifications of what to expect coz people are all wondering if its a level cap increase or not atleast you could tell us if it is regarding level cap increase coz right now there are too many rumors ingame.

As i see it right now the job system is pretty unbalanced in terms of profit because the contribution is disabled. This way traders are getting waaaay more profit than hunters or thiefs. If I remember right traders get more than hunters even if theyre grouped with 7 other hunters. This really needs a change or did i miss something?

What do you mean with 7 other hunters? Do you mean 7 traders + 1 Hunter, and the Hunter would still get less, than a single trader?

No i mean 1 trader selling goods with 7 hunters in a party. If I remember right the trader still gets the most profit even if he shares with 7 hunters.
