Is multi-clienting allowed? (Want to level up my other account)

I don't know if it's allowed or not and I want to make a new nuker character and I'd rather level it up myself so I was wondering if I could multi-client? If it is allowed, how do you guys multi-client? I remember multi-clienting being a thing but I don't specifically remember how it was done haha

Why not though? It isn't malicious in any way, I just can't afford to taxi my new character and don't own another computer, why can't I just level it up myself so I can start having fun with it as quickly as possible?

Well it's weird you say "as intended originally" when I used multiclienting software in the original game for years and nothing ever happened because I simply wasn't using it in a malicious way. Oh well, your game, your rules, I guess.
