Choose which graphics card runs the game

I am using a laptop with integrated GPU intel and a high performance GPU Nvidia, i can't run silkroad on the nvidia one no matter what i do,i changed the global settings to high processor gpu still runs at intel i tried to change the setting for the client but it doesn't give me the option to change the gpu and i checked online for solution and it was to go Properties>compatibility> and uncheck the run as admin opt but that didn't work too.
And solution ?

Hello,

We have had cases like this before. The only thing we can advise is to disable your integrated graphics card and use Nvidia only. that will force the game to run on the Nvidia graphics card. You can do this from device manager or from the BIOS.

Unfortunately, we don't have specific instructions for every laptop with this configuration out there.
