Now quests are usually a big part of MMORPGs. It wasn't so in iSRO due to negligible rewards and I see you've been trying to make them more worthy of completing by increasing the rewards. However, now they are worthy of doing only to those characters who have fully farmed all their required SP at low levels, because the quests give barely any skill point experience at all compared to the level-up experience they reward. So you level up, but you lose all the skill points you could have gotten if you were leveling up in parties (or taxis) by grinding. You level up, but what's the point if you have no skill points? Unless you are pushing players to fully farm all the SP they need at low levels (ong taxis)... What I suggest is increasing the skill point experience reward to match that what you could've obtained by grinding that amount of level-up experience.
Another suggestion, or more likely a question, is why do you push players to reach the max level asap? I don't get it, why can't we enjoy the game at lower levels (from 30, at least)? I'm talking about the forgotten world and battle arena, both of which were available at lower levels back in iSRO. I used to have so much fun at 32-60 level forgotten worlds/battle arenas. It gives you PVP experience; you don't rush into battle arena not knowing any tactics as soon as you hit 75. But hey, maybe that's more profitable to you, I don't know, so don't judge my suggestions/observations. And I know I'm probably the minority wishing to enjoy the game at the lower/middle levels rather than rushing to the max ASAP.
Forgotten world portals being dropped by the randomly appearing crystals was a really cool concept as well. Don't know why you've decided to just sell them at the grocery store. And again, available from level 60 only. And only the 2+ star ones. Why did you remove the 1 star ones?
So, yeah. Don't do any quests in this MMORPG unless you have been farming for a week or two at the ong taxis OR you don't mind leveling up with barely any skill points to level your skills up. And rush to the max level if you wish to participate in one of the most enjoyable Silkroad experiences.
Just my 2 cents. Hope it didn't sound rude or overly complaining or anything. I really enjoy Origin and am thankful for all your work and time put into it. Just pointing out what, in my opinion, would make the game even better, more alive, and wouldn't discourage any new people from staying.
