can't install the new client

Hi,

I have tried to install the new client v2.002, but I keep getting the error shown in the image.

I have tried to reinstall in different directories and redownload it from 3 different mirrors, same issue.

I have no firewall or anti virus blocking it.

Hello,

Disable your antivirus to install. then add the Origin Online as exception to avoid future issues.

It worked with what you said, but now im getting a new error when I try to update.

I already disabled my antivirus, firewall and DEP.

Add the Origin Online folder to your antivirus exception list and reinstall the game.
