[Bug Report] Materials are for 9d elements

I have done a little solo grind on 77-78 mages and all the materials that they dropped are for 9d elelemts. Is this intended? 76+ monsters will give 9d element materials? This doesn't seem very useless at the moment.

D9 is from level 76 and up. The Alchemy materials are linked to the mob name and levels. That's how it should be.

the problem with that on ISRO Cap 80 we did not get 9D mats from mobs lvl 76-80 we got 8D mats when they introduced the 90cap that is when they changed the drop table for mobs 76+ to not drop any D8 mats
