Hello everyone,
I'd like to introduce my suggestions to the current skill system and the pay2win factor in the game.
1. Chinese skill system
First of all, I like that there is an attempt to balance EU and CH races. Nevertheless, I think that the CH buff might be a little bit over the top. There's a 10% boost for Phy/Mag DMG and 10% Phy/Mag Absorption (!). Keep in mind that absorption is calculated as true dmg, we're not talking about +10% defense. Furthermore, you can skill all 3 elements, a weapon and force skills as well.
In my opinion, this is simply too much and what I think is even more important: It makes CHN builds very boring due to the fact that the only difference is made up by the weapon and mostly your gear. I really like the new skills in the force tree because it gives CHN chars the chance to be useful in a party, but I think it makes more sense and fun for everyone if we'd return to the old skill system regarding the elements.
2. Pay2Win
I really enjoy playing on Origin Online and I can understand, that you want to earn some money to keep the server online & to reward all the time and efforts you spend in the server. But I think the pay2win factor is a bit too high on the server. Let me give you an example:
- Premium Ticket (STR 5 / INT 5, phy/mag DMG & absoprtion 5%, ATK / Parry Ratio 5%)
- Dress Hat (DMG absorption 5%, + another blue)
- Dress (DMG 5%, ATK Ratio 5%, oher blues)
- Dress Acessoire (Other blues)
- DMG / DEF Scrolls (10% DMG/DEF)
- Devil's Spirit (10% HP/MP, Moving Speed)
- HP/MP +2000 Potions
You don't need a degree in rocket sciences to see that these items, especially if combined, will give a HUGE advantage in PvP which cannot be counterbalanced by a non-donator in any way. I don't have a problem if you proceed faster as a donator than a non-donator, but this kind of advantage is simply unfair and I ask you kindly to reconsider your p(l)ay2win policy.
Thank you for reading my suggestions and I'd like to hear some opinions about them and if you agree/disagree or what you think, what could be done better.
Best regards
