What does weekend boost do?
If it's about increased XP, does it stack with premium?

Also, I seem to have a problem in not being able to get the penon quest with the SP reward from the herbailst, it's just not there, is it just me?

Weekend boost is Titan Unique spawns. We will add the missing quests on the next update.
