There is special quest in forgotten world from level 61 to 70.you will get 500k sp. I think there is a guide in forum :)

If you are going to be questing and not taxi 24/7 like lazy people :P
then just hold a 9 gap, quests give tons of EXP so you will farm SP And level at the same time. Then make sure you also do FGW at 61-70 for the 500k SP like Weysted mentioned and that should net you enough sp at level 90.

In comparison, I did the 500k SP, i 5 gap from 10-30, then 0 gap for nukes at 30, then had a 9 gap from 39 -> 82, then 0 gap from 82->90, am now fullfarmed 81 with 168K SP (Recovery/Force/Bicheon) ALL SKILLS maxxed to 81 (Excluding, Frost nova, Firewall, Icewall, and the icenuke without dmg) rest all maxxed. so even with 9 gap most of the way im still lacking SP so beware of taking too low of a gap (I got from lvl 1 -> 90 in 28 days with the above gaps)
