[Bug Report] Party mobs without 8 Player party

Like to see in the screenshot there are party mobs without a 8 player party close by. Normally those should only spawn if someone is close with a 8 player party.

party mobs spawn with 2 player parties and up. probably and old party was there.

No, not a single person was around me and I was in a LTP and those don't spawn party mobs.

Trust me, only if a party of 2 or more is around the area, party mobs will spawn.

In most servers the party mobs disappear after some time, here they only disappear after server restart or if someone clears them.

Actually, party mobs appear with 2+ party members in the same area only in "Exp. Auto Share" parties, not LTPs.
