Make all Flame Mountain talismans tradeable

There are extremely few parties for Flame Mountain, solo has large gear requirements and I have yet to witness anything drop from the first chest. With no groups to join, no members to join groups and average gear there will be no way for me(or the majority) to obtain Fire Flower and Horned Cattle before out-leveling the instance.

With enough time on the server you will find people to join with you. They will not be made tradeable. Only 2 of them are non-tradeable, the rest you can buy from other players if so you wish.
