[Bug Report] Pick-up pet doesn't collect items sometimes

Like the title of this bug report already suggests, it happens sometimes that those collecting pets, in my case the free seven days monkey, doesn't pick up items or even gold. It happens randomly and it also doesn't matter how long I stand next to the item, the pet is simply too lazy to pick those items up. Like visible in the two screenshots I provided, the options are set to picking up all items, from everyone and that grabbing is also enabled. Yet, even after more than a minute, it doesn't happen.

This is happening since the beta of the official Silk Road server and never changed, like 15 years ago.

I played on Alps and Olympus back in the days and it never happened to me. Furthermore I just played recently on iSro again and it didn't happen there either. Sometimes the pet needs some time, about 10 seconds up to 20 seconds, but eventually it would pick up the items.
