Error when starting the game

Hello together,

usually the game works very well, but today i started it on my laptop which was connected to my universities wlan.
I played like 20minutes after that i got a DC and since then, when i try to start the game the following Error appears (see picture below).

I guess it was not a good idea to play the game on the universities wlan, where i am logged in with my student account.
Maybe its somekind of vpn at the university and the game got my banned without a real reason for the mistake. Could you please help me solving it, so i can play again at my home?

Hello,

You are being blocked to access our login servers. Check your firewall or internet connection. Corporate environments , schools, universities usually block P2P to avoid gaming or other tasks that depend on that protocol.
