fgw 3* bug

After killing all mobs in first section envy does not spawn. This has happened last 2 runs, can not proceed further in dungeon.

Are you sure you killed all mobs? I just tested it and it worked just fine.

Yes triple checked the map with one party member. They also had it happened to them before while playing solo.
I have tried again and it worked properly so the bug seems to be intermittent.
