Problem with IP limit

Hi,
i have problem after last update. For today was IP limit 4, but after update we can log in only three on one IP? We livin 4 in one flat, but now can be only 3 online together and 4th got message ''exceeded IP limit''. Can you help us?

IP limit has been 3 for a long time now (Several months). That will not change.
