Arena teams are often mismatched and I thought that to add balance there could be a minimum gear score requirement to enter arena. (I'm talking about the gear score from the origin website)
My suggestion for gear score would be 850 at a minimum, possibly up to 900 which is just full +5.
To take that one step further there could be an algorithm that tries to balance the gear score on each team, but that's just wishful thinking.
