With 90 cap coming around, I figured I'd sum up the tier list of the 80 cap. For those who aren't familiar with the term 'Tier List', its basically a list of the better builds or what build does the best listed in order from best to worst.

About Me: Played Sro for over 15 years. Played on original server back on Greece, Rome, Venus, etc. Played on almost every popular p-server since the inception of p-servers. Always played at a competitive level and just been around for almost every cap up to 140 cap. Played almost every viable build. Very knowledgeable on the subject. This tier list is made as if every build has +5 gear 60% stats so its all build/skill dependent. So without further delay and fluff, let's go.

1v1 PvP:

S Tier:
-Warrior Cleric: Warrior/Cleric is the Bread and Butter of european pure str. At 80 cap, they get probably the best skill at this cap, Dare Devil. The gameplan can be as simple as heal until your Dare Devil is off CD and wait for the ridiculous crit. Not to mention that they have a built in physical reflect that often steals pvp on its own as well as a very high chances to stun, knock back, and knock down. Couple that with the high hp and heals, makes this the ultimate pvp build.

A Tier:
-Pure Str Glaive: At 80 cap, this is easily the best pvp build since its gets access to the second best skill ever created in Hueskal, Soul Spear Emperor. Strong, Reliable, low CD, Stuns...it does everything. Hueskal doesn't see another reliable Soul Spear after this ever again until 140 cap.

-Warlock/Cleric: The Dreaded Warlock Cleric. All the heals and def from Cleric, with all the CC and damage from Warlock. This class was designed to break down a single target and does so very well and safely. It loses to the two builds above it however, because they one can just 1 shot the warlock if given the chance and the other can just cure through it and out sustain.

-Sword and Shield Pure Int: One of the few caps I don't rank this as S Tier. S/S damage output, CC, and relative tankiness just makes it a nightmare for some classes to pvp against. The only reason they're under the other 3 is because its heavy reliance on snow shield to survive a lot of other build's burst damage.

B Tier:
-9:1 Hybrid Int Spear: Underrated Build with a lot of damage and sustain built within it. The few str points along with Heuskal Passive, make this build feel like a pure int with a huge chunk of HP behind it. With Snow shield, this build becomes a unstoppable force that needs to be respected. Unfortunately, not having a shield or being pure str at this cap, makes you liable to getting one shotted in pvp. Play with care.

-Warlock/Rogue or Warrior/Rogue: I'm ranking these together because their gameplan is pretty much the same thing; Trying to 1 shot the enemy with some moderate set-up. Although these builds are really strong and have so many ways to interrupt your opponent, they lose to Ice imbue and if they fail to one shot the enemy, their lack of cleric heals with rogue buffs weakening them, make them inherently squishy. Its a high risk, high reward build.

C Tier:

-Pure Str Bow: Also known as the Pure Str Nuker, this cap was not nice to them. They the shortest end of the stick in terms of skills at this cap. All their skills that have crit chance on them, have very low crit chance still. Also, the reliance on one big hit to win pvp makes its liable to lose all DPS when a stun, block or any CC happens. They lose to almost everything due to the lack of HP from Hueskal and the lack of a shield from Bicheon. This build only becomes better after 80 cap so plan ahead!

D Tier:

-Pure Str Blader: The most annoying build to play against. They have very high sustain with high hp, knock downs, and a shield, but no damage to back it up making it very reliant on a string of crits to kill and renders no threat to any build on this list. This build doesn't see success until much later in it's life spam.

F Tier:

-Everything else: If I didn't list it, its either too bad of a build or not meant for pvp.

Job/Party PvP (Ctf, BA, and FW):

S Tier:

-Wizard/Cleric: Wizards completely dominate at this cap thanks to them getting Salamander Blow, Earthquake and Crystal Invisible at level 80. They have the damage, utility and flexibility to play any role in job. They make for some of the strongest Hunters and Thieves. They are also the #1 target for any def buffs or damage mitigation buffs (Pain Quota and friends). Not to mention wizards have access to invisible allowing them to scout ahead in job. Wizards are integral to any job or party pvp for any side.

-Warrior/Anything: Warriors and Wizards are the bread and butter for any Job Party or Party PvP. Makes for a nearly unkillable duo that gets even more unkillable when other buffs or support is applied. However, Warrior is under wizard because 1 warrior is usually enough for 1 party but a party could always use more wizards.

A Tier:

-Anything/Cleric: To be a successful cleric, is to make sure your party doesn't die. With bless spell being one of the be all, end all buffs at this current moment. The ability layer bless spell and access to the best res in the entire game (Reverse Immolation aka black res), Clerics prove to be integral in a party's survival.

-Pure Int/Hybrid Int Spear: The Chinese version of a Wizard. Spears do about 15% less damage than wizards but in return have that 1 second potion delay, chunk of hp, and Spear skills. Spear nukers, with the right support, can absolutely tear apart parties and transports alike. However, they're not a wizard and that 15% loss in damage can mean a lot. This is one of the very few examples of where a good set Spear nuker is better than a bad set wizard.

B Tier:

-Rogue/Anything: The tank buster. A buffed rogue can easily tear apart a party by hitting a squishy member of the party that has Pain on them. Rogues single target damage makes them super valuable in job since transports have a lot of hp and even with a Crossbow, they can constantly knock back a transport, letting it get overwhelmed by npc Thieves/Hunters. Also, access to stealth allows them to scout safely. They're this low because all I've said, only applies to job. In Party PvP, they're often targeted and killed with little effort.

-Pure Str Bow: The ability to knock back key targets is key. With Five Arrow Combo on such a short cooldown, Bowers find themselves playing a more supportive role in Party PvP. In Job, They can hit the farthest out of any class consistently and can often snipe out fleeing Hunter/Traders/Thieves. However, they are still moderately squishy and if focused, die pretty easily.

-Pure Int S/S: Consistent Damage and tankiness means these guys can play duo roles in Job and PvP; Nuke the clerics/warrior and res the party. Very solid class that is just very flexible. However, it can be set reliant as a bad set can really hinder its effectiveness.

C Tier:

-Anything/Bard: Bard buffs are second to none. Have a flat 30%+ damage reduction is absurdly good. Why are they so low on the list? Because they have to stay in bard to maintain that buff. Bards are the squishiest class in the game since they have no defense against anything and don't even have to die for their buffs to go away because any hit has a chance to cancel the buff. If well protected and out of danger, bards make any team much better.

-Pure Str Glaive: Raw tankiness in HP makes this class the back up tank. Being able to tank enough and res key targets as well as stun key targets, make this a reliable pick up for any team. However, they get outclassed by warriors in almost every way and don't really have a way to one shot squishy targets without committing to an entire skill rotation.

D Tier:

-Pure Str Blader: The back-up BACK-UP tank. Strictly worse than everything else above it and only useful if there is no other Pure Str Back up tank available. Sorry Bladers

F Tier:

-Everything Else: Warlocks aren't listed because I feel that their single target nature just doesn't allow them to excel in a 8v8 environment or worse, a 50 v 50 environment. They are better off playing their sub class to be useful in their own right. And as for other unlisted build, they're not suitable for group pvp.

PvE (FGW and Grind):

S Tier:

-Pure/Hybrid Int Spear: The second highest damage potential of any class in the game, Spears have a very good time grinding. One top of their damage, they also have a 1 second potion delay which lets them tank anything that doesn't out right kill them in one hit. With a decent amount of AoE in their skills, they make for the best solo grinder.

-Wizards/Anything: Damage and AoE with no equal. Only downside they have is that they cannot do it alone without support which is why they are under Spears but still in the S Tier. With support however, they are the absolute best.

A Tier:

-Anything/Bard: Mobs never focus them so the entire party just get a free buff forever. As long as the party has a strong attacker, you can have multiple bards to increase the effectiveness of the party. A must have for any PvE party.

-Rogue/Anything: The best lurers in the game. With Fast Shot and Triple shot having the best range of any single skill in the game, they can pull mobs from max distance and do it safely. Although, they aren't necessary for the party's survivalbility.

-Warrior/Anything: Only used for their defensive buffs. However, they're only needed if there are wizard attackers. If there are none, the party can survive without one of these.

-Pure Str Bow: High damage, High Hp, and Range makes this class be able fit almost any role needed for a party. Probably the second best solo grind class in the game.

B Tier:

-Anthing/Cleric: Clerics can be pretty integral for a party's survival and can be helpful with their heals and buffs. The only reason they're in B tier is because almost all Eu classes sub cleric and the demand for them is low. They become really needed if the main tank/lure is a warrior and has a 15 second potion delay.

-Pure Str Glaives: Brings a lot of damage and utility to the party. Can Tank, Lure, Damage, Heal, Res and even attack in some cases. Definitely a flexible class.

-Pure Int S/S: A budget Wizard/Spear. They have the damage but not as much as a spear user.

C Tier:

-Warlock/Cleric: Debuffs are great for bigger mobs that have too much HP. Coupled with cleric, they can fit a really nice niche in the party. However, They don't nuke, they're single target and kind of squishy.

D/F Tier:

-Everything else: Every build can grind, just some builds are better at it.

Hope you guys like it and sorry if the formatting sucks :Emoji Smiley-27:

Very nice and detailed Job! Thank you for that!

Can u explain why Warrior Warlock is F-Tier in 1vs1 PVP? I heared Warlock is pretty OP at the moment.

Btw. is there a complete list of all actuall balance changes regarding skills, like cleric got nerfed and warlock buffed? Its hard to summarize it up in all the patch notes.

In 1v1 PvP, Warlock/Cleric is ranked in A-Tier 3rd best and War/Rogue-Warlock is in B-Tier. I think you maybe get confused with another category.

I believe DoT meant warrior/warlock build which is pretty good 1v1 imo.
