What are the requirements to dismantle items to get advanced elexirs?

+5 FB for ACC for Advanced B
+6 FB for prot didnt worked, i got advanced A

sosun +0=100% adv b
som+5=100% adv b
sos +10=100% adv b
normal +15=100% adv b its for 100%, if u make normal +12 i think its about 85 90% get adv b

Is it degree bound ? Say you get an early sun drop low degree, you can use the adv elex on a d9 piece ?
