Recently i've tried to charge silk by "pay my mobile" method. I selected the carrier I'm using and sent the MSG of 3 alphabets to the specific number. I received a MSG back saying the code is wrong and they deducted the money nonetheless.
I instantly sent to their support but i received no reply. I believe i was definitely scammed here.
What can I do in this case?
Payment was done on Saturday 16/3/2019 and i've been waiting for their reply since then. But i lost hope so i'm sending to you right now.
The option i chose to charge was 94 silks for 12SAR "Saudi Riyals".
