Togui quest bug on drop

Hi , i had a little problem when doing togui with a friend, we were on pt with exp share/iten free for all, when killing the treasure box on camp 2 my friend kill's the box and drops the talisman i was needing and searching for, for me actually, western scriptures, since he killed the drop wasnt able to be catch by me, and even when he left pt and game, item eventually disapears. the one we made like 8 dungeons and didnt drop.. i understand the drop thing but since its not: Western Script(char name) , shouldnt it be able to catch after a time ? :Emoji Smiley-36:

That is not a bug, the one to get the drop is only his drop, cannot be traded or shared.

Ok, makes sense. But he has the quest done so why does it drops for him? doesnt make sense.. and the iten its soulbound when catch, not on the drop, or else it should say Western etc(char name). You know what i mean ?

He do with me but i already have all talismas and dont make sense going to me :S
