Stuck, can't move. Need help.

Whenever I try to walk, or do anything, it says 'The action you are trying to do is blocked due to security purposes, if this is a mistake please contact us'. I chat, and even use reverse scroll, but can't move. Can anyone help? My characters name is Trish.

Make sure you are using the latest Origin Client from update 1.818, that means you are using an old client exe. reinstall the game and update it again. Make sure your antivirus isn't blocking anything.

I recently did the update just yesterday, but will follow up on a full re-install.

Update: Fixed! yup, re-install worked, think it had something to do with the Virus protection on Windows 10.
