Wanted to know why my character is blocked from the game..I can log in but my character is stucked, pls look into it..thanks

hello GM Simplicity my account got blocked (ID : ahmedmedhat1st) and the reason i have been told is because i was afk in arena and in all arena i went to i didn't go afk except for 1 i kept getting lag and the game almost got crashed so i asked my party team mates if i can go afk because i kept getting lag and they told me it's ok because they also have lag too and i stayed in base and kept tracking the game and my team mates only asked me whenever they get back to the base i give them buffs so can you please unblock me because it's not fair what is happening to me and if there is anything please contact me and thank you. and here is a link to an image to see my block in the game. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gE3...ew?usp=sharing (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gE3OOlQhSu6RtvWtFT6gJcN4dc_wt3tX/view?usp=sharing)
